Warranty and Return

Returns & Refunds:
We will accept returns on all orders within 30 days of purchased date. All returned items must be returned to Dry Eye startup Company in new resaleable condition. You must receive return authorization prior to returning any items. Failure to do so will delay your refund. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The cost of shipping the items will not be refunded and Dry eye Startup is not responsible for lost returns. To insure your return arrives at our warehouse, we recommend using an insured carrier.

Order Cancellation:
Any order may be canceled prior to processing and/or shipping with no additional cost incurred. You must contact us at [email protected] immediately to cancel your order. Any order that has not been canceled and has been shipped will subjected to our Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged Merchandise:
Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for the claim with carrier to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please save all packing materials & contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot process a claim after the 48 hour time frame for damaged claims. It is your responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise UPON receipt to insure no damage has occurred.
