How many times can iFlo be heated ?
Based on our aging tests, iFlo can be heated up to 750 times.
How long does one iFlo session last?
Each iFlo session lasts for 12 minutes, after which the device will automatically shut off.
Can I use a wet pad with iFlo?
No, we do not recommend using a wet pad with the iFlo mask. The mask contains internal cotton material, and moisture may promote bacterial growth if it seeps inside.
What type of plug should I use with iFlo?
We recommend using a EU/FCC-approved power adapter to ensure safe operation of the iFlo device.
